From Scars to Sustainability – moving people in the change process”

When we talk about the ‘people’ part of change, what does that look like? How can we move people from resistance to engagement in change processes? Are there really some ‘magic wands’ that make a huge difference?

These are the key questions to be explored, investigating the ‘why’ and ‘how’ behind ‘what’ we need from our people during any change process.

Julie Mayer is a highly skilled and experienced executive leader  focusing on design and change across multi-national, corporate, government and not for profit sectors. Recognised as a specialist in building engagement strategies with key stakeholders, to facilitate sustainable change while managing systemic conflict and build solutions to highly complex and multifaceted problems.

Achieving this in various settings from corporate to community, finance and insurance, mining & energy, healthcare and not for profit.

Julie has invested large blocks of time across remote communities, working with various service providers, consumers and local government.

The measure of her success is about building sustainable business outcomes, achieving sustainable people change and cultural transformation from executive teams to work units and full businesses.

The two course luncheon with wine will be served at 12:30 pm. The presentation will commence at 1 pm. BCEC  is very accessible to train and bus transport and has a 1500 vehicle car park. 3. AIEA can think of nothing more important than helping you succeed, connecting you with the right people and programs, and growing your business
  4. It’s a whole lot easier to learn from other’s triumphs and mistakes than living through endless mistakes of your own
  5. Our speakers always provide more value than the topic of the day

  7. These events invigorate rather than drain you
